Alberto Rodríguez ("Marshland") directs this prison thriller based on real events, winner of five Goya Awards in 2023, starring Miguel Herrán ("Money Heist"), Javier Gutiérrez ("Marshland") and Jesús Carroza ("7 Virgins"). At TBS, we had the opportunity to travel back in time to uncover a story of freedom and solidarity that had been forgotten. The logo typeface mimicked the bars of the cells, and our concept “This is not the story of a prison. It is the story of a country” managed to draw a parallel between what was happening inside La Modelo Prison and what was happening outside, in a Spanish society in the midst of transition and yearning for freedom.
