Every year, Siemens holds the kick-off for the SI (Smart Infrastructure) business unit. It is the most important event of the year, attended by 550 people. For them, we developed a highly dynamic and agile format to showcase the year’s results. We also designed a team-building activity that split guests into several groups to interact and negotiate with one another towards a common goal. After the working day, a cocktail-style dinner and a party with a DJ and additional surprises were held.
